John Cabot University's Women's Leadership Initiative hosted a panel discussion entitled "The Lifestyle, The Necessities, and the Realities” on Friday, March 7th at JCU's Guarini Campus. The event began with a warm welcome from President Franco Pavoncello greeting the speakers and the audience, addressing the vital role women play in leadership roles. WLI Founder, International Affairs and Business Administration double major Alexandria Maloney moderated the event.
The discussion featured an international panel with women from various career backgrounds, including U.S. State Department, Business, Telecommunications, and Economics. The speakers discussed the progress of women in the workplace and finding the balance of work and family.

- Mariarosy Calleri, Film Director & EU Ambassador of Female Entrepreneurship
- Maria Lustri, Representative of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development
- Serena Romano, President of Corrente Rosa
- Gail Milissa Grant, Retired U.S. Foreign Service Office and Author
