In a very short amount of time, our daily routines have been completely altered, and we are all dealing with a new kind of reality to which we need to adjust. That's why the staff of the JCU Athletics Department is doing its best to help you make the most out of these quarantine days in terms of fitness and health!
Staying at home does not have to hinder the possibility of working out, and every week, the Athletics Department will be sharing different online fitness activities for you to try. These training programs are meant to help you stay fit without leaving your home. At the same time, they can also make you feel close to your peers despite the current physical distances.
These online fitness activities are intended to work to strengthen different parts of the body. We are sure that if you follow all of the training programs, you will not fall out of shape, and you will come back even stronger!
