Don't wait until the last minute to get organized before final exams start! It can be overwhelming to think about all of the material you have to learn or brush up on for each of your classes, but it is important to remember that you are not alone during this stressful time. If you think you would benefit from some extra help with studying, reviewing, and writing term papers, why not reach out to one of JCU's tutoring centers?

Writing Center
If you're having trouble with writing - whether English is your second language, or you are a native speaker who could use some pro tips on essay writing - you can schedule a one-hour appointment at the Writing Center in JCU's Guarini campus. Their mission is to help you improve your editing and writing skills by providing support for any type of project. During your consultation, you will practice brainstorming, developing research questions, and formulating a thesis. They will also help you improve your grammar, organization, clarity, and style. Math Tutoring Center
The Math Tutoring Center, located on the ground floor of JCU's Tiber Campus, provides academic support for students who are struggling in mathematics, or who simply would like to improve their math skills. The center is supervised by Professor Margaret Kneller, and is supported by student tutors. These tutors are trained to help with specific university courses such as statistics, economics, and finance. Stop by as a walk-in, or schedule an appointment.

Foreign Language Resource Center

The FLRC's goal is to create an open atmosphere of learning for students enrolled in a JCU foreign language course of any level. Schedule an appointment for a one-hour tutoring session. If you would prefer conversational practice, they also offer Language Conversation Tables in the Tiber Café for you to improve your proficiency!
