As a [JCU](https://www.johncabot.edu/) student, I attended one of the [Career Fairs](https://www.johncabot.edu/career-services/career-fairs.aspx) organized by the Career Services Center, where I had the chance to meet two partners from [EY Switzerland](https://www.ey.com/en_gl) who later offered me an internship opportunity in Zurich to learn more about banking. After a year and a half of consulting experience, I decided to specialize in compliance within the financial industry and transitioned to Credit Suisse. In my current role as a project manager within the COO office of Credit Suisse Compliance Department, I lead projects with the aim of complying with regulatory requirements of anti-money laundering measures to be adopted by the financial industry. My focus and expertise is on enhancing client on-boarding and life cycle management processes. Being a project manager for a global bank requires two important skills: stakeholder management and problem-solving.
